True Power
To whom else will the very oceans submit? There is no greater power than God. The very waves obey Him and they pound with His roar. Our God is not distant. He is ever-present and His word is alive. That same Holy Spirit lives within us. We have been given authority on this earth, over the very dust and sea. Jeremiah 5:22 "Should you not fear me?" declares the Lord. "Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it." Matthew 8:26-27 But He said to them, "Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?" Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. So the men marveled, saying, "Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?"
